Peter Pan in the News: – “This popular Queen West restaurant is named after the street, not the boy who wouldn’t grow up. In fact, it’s grown up quite nicely, surviving where other restaurants have failed, thanks to a terrific location, good value, and cozy ambience.”

NOW Toronto – “Cheap pasta primavera this ain’t. Instead, chef Ben Grant swirls al dente spaghetti in nutty pesto cream and truffle oil before tossing it with sautéed strips of sweet yellow bell pepper, wilted spinach leaves, portobello mushrooms and caramelized red onion finished with a generous grating of My Market parmigiano.”

Our Burger reviewed at NOW Toronto – “If this venerable and influential diner goes down in history for only one thing in its eventful, more than 30-year run, the Pan will be forever known as the resto where Susur Lee flipped his very first burger. And what a burger it be ($13 lunch or brunch/$14.95 dinner) – 8 ounces of freshly ground beef on a house-baked bun tiered with lettuce, tomato and onion, sided with hand-cut Yukon fries and mixed organic greens in honey mustard dressing.”
